Prototyping can take a lot of different forms. Our in-house mechanical, programming, and electrical experts will work together to get your part made. Maybe you need a prototype to test the validity of an idea. Alternatively, a prototype is a great stepping stone before you roll out a full production run.

A prototype needs to be affordable, get to you quickly, and be high-quality. We do all of that and more at Maveric. Our prototypes have saved countless hours and millions of dollars for our customers in the past. For one-off or low-run prototypes of any type, you can reach out to us and tell us what you’re looking for.

If you don’t have complete design drawings, that’s not a problem. Our engineers will put together professional drawings so your prototype will come out perfect.

When you receive the prototype from us, let us know what changes you’d like to see. Following your approval we can move directly to short runs for field testing and further validation or directly to full-scale production.

How Do We Get There?

Whether it’s a single part or an assembly, we’ll create a high-quality prototype for your operation.

We can make components and parts:

• 3d Printing: we can print parts in PLA, ABS, and Nylon are standard with several more application specific materials available.
• Machining: Milling and Turning of: Brass, Aluminum, Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Steels as well Various Plastics (Polycarbonate, ABS, Acrylic)
• Fabrication: Mig and Tig welding
• Finishing: Paint, Powder, or Anodizing are standards if needed

We can build electronics with a variety of functionality:

• Analog circuitry: Amplification, filtering, feedback, control loops, general process sensing and measurement
• Digital Circuitry: the inputs and outputs to interface with real world devices (switches, sensors, relays, etc)
• User Interfaces: Buttons, switches and lights, LCD touch screens and everything in-between.
• Microcontrollers and Microprocessors: the brains of the operation, and sometimes much more. General purpose logic, communications, conversion and so much more can be done.

We can develop the software to make it all happen:

• Embedded software for microcontrollers and microprocessors
• Backend software for management of connected devices (IoT)
• User intefaces that allow your customers to interact with your product

We’ll perform an extensive quality check before sending the prototype to you. During this stage, we make sure that all of the attibutes of the design meets the design specifications and requirements. We 100% test every single prototype for every design specification, every time. Our goal is to provide the highest quality prototypes so that when it comes time for production there aren't any unknows.
