As a Quality Technician, you'll verify that incoming materials, manufactured components, and finished products meet customer and company requirements before moving to the next stage of production or shipment. Your work will include dimensional inspection, electrical testing, functional testing, and documentation review across a wide variety of products. Because our production is low-volume and high-mix, you'll regularly inspect different products using different requirements and test methods rather than performing the same inspection every day. Our quality system is built on strong fundamentals, with procedures and processes that continually evolve as our products and customer requirements change. You'll use these systems to verify product quality, maintain accurate records, identify discrepancies, and help improve the processes that support consistent results. Success in this role comes from careful observation, sound judgment, and understanding the difference between simply completing a test and confirming that a product meets its intended requirements. You'll receive training and support while learning how to use documentation, procedures, and available resources to confidently handle new products and inspection requirements.
