Machining — 1135 W Dennis Ave, Olathe KS 66061
As a Machine Operator, you'll manufacture precision components using CNC mills and other production equipment. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include machine operation, setup, fixture changes, tool management, and basic program verification. Our work is primarily low-volume, high-mix manufacturing, so you'll work on a variety of different parts instead of running the same job for weeks at a time. We rely on documented setups, work instructions, and inspection procedures to produce consistent results while making it easier to learn new jobs. Whether you're operating an established process or setting up a new one, success comes from paying attention to detail, verifying your work, and using the available documentation to confidently move from one job to the next.
